One of my best friends and I recently went on a weekend trip to Vienna and for both of us it was the first time being there. I am truly not exaggerating when I say that Vienna is one of the most beautiful, interesting and yet up-to-date cities I have ever been to. You will find everything from incredible history to beautiful architecture and the best restaurants in this city and I can only recommend adding it to your list of must-see places in the world.
Juvia is one of my favourite brands when it comes to cozy, casual and cute loungewear. What makes them so unique in my opinion is the material that they use, which is outstandingly soft and lasts forever, as well as their cute and often also colourful designs.
Yes, it’s that time of the year again! The smell of freshly baked cookies and cinnamon lies in the air, christmas markets are filled with people (mostly couples), streets are decorated with christmas lights and 2016 is slowly coming to an end. While this season is one of the most beautiful and romantic times of the year, it also brings a lot of stress with it. Especially when it comes to finding the right gift for everyone.
Using a lot of make-up is something I usually try to avoid. Nevertheless, sometimes it just feels more comfortable to use it and when I do, I like to keep it looking natural and simple. There are a few products that always do the trick when it comes to applying a natural appearing look.
One of my favorite things to wear in the fall and winter are a pair of tights (I am obsessed with tights) and a dress, skirt or a big sweater on top. Tights are a lot more comfortable than most skinny jeans in my opinion, especially in combination with an oversized sweater. My newest obsession, thanks to my amazing mother, are Sweatshirt Dresses.
A close friend of ours recently released her first cooking book, which contains some of the most important things about eating healthy, what you should always have in your pantry, some delicious and healthy recipes and also interviews with a few celebrity on how to maintain a good diet, have a read: Elna- Margret Prinzessin zu Bentheim und Steinfurt - Anti Aging Food #EatWhatMakesYouGlow
Every year I face the same struggle: What on earth am I going to be for Halloween? I am the worst when it comes to making decisions and choosing the right Halloween Costume is no exception. This time though, it was different - Instead of typing "best Halloween Costume" or "Halloween Costume Inspiration" into google and Pinterest about a billion times I managed to pick two characters and stuck to them right from the beginning. While I have wanted to be "Black Swan" for Halloween for a while, I was inspired to be Brigitte Bardot due to the theme of the party that I attended. This year's Halloween I spent in beautiful London since there we're two amazing parties that I was invited to. London is one of my favourite cities in the world which is why I love to take anything as an excuse to travel there.
I am certainly not a master chef but I definitely know my Thai Curry. Cooking, especially for one person, is not always easy which is why I am trying to teach myself a few things that are healthy, yummy and easy to make at home. I don't want to always have to rely on take-out food, restaurants or easy yet unhealthy options. This recipe is one of my family's favourite, especially for dinner. While it works perfectly for a family meal or a dinner with friends it is also practical for a night alone and can be re-heated the next day. It is very nutritious, pretty much fool-proof and most importantly, it tastes good!
First week of Uni in Munich means that something is going in on in the clubs almost every single night; especially on the weekends. In the fall it becomes impossible to wear skirts or dresses without tights, at least in my opinion, even if it would look a lot better that way. "Zara's" new collection includes tons of cute skirts which are perfect to combine with tights.
